What you are buying

Uploaditz is software delivered over the internet. There is nothing physical to post, so there are no shipping charges, no couriers and no delivery addresses.

When you get it

• Trials: a person sets up your portal and emails the invitation within one working day of your request.
• Licences bought by card, UPI or netbanking: live within seconds of the payment being confirmed. Your admin can hand them to managers immediately.
• Licences bought on invoice: live as soon as the invoice is settled, on the same working day we see the money.
• Storage: your private bucket is created the day your organisation is, before anybody uploads anything.

If access does not arrive

Write to uploaditz@grandfieldmedia.com with the payment reference and we will sort it the same working day, or refund you in full — see the refund policy.

Where your files live

Files go straight from the browser into the storage you chose — India (Mumbai), the EU (Frankfurt) or the US (N. Virginia) — and never through our servers. You pick the region when your organisation is set up, and your data does not leave it.
